Key Qualifications:

• Valid ECSE credential (required)
• Experience as a Special Education Teacher, preferably with early childhood populations
• Ability to handle a caseload of up to 20 young learners
• Strong communication, organization, and behavioral management skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction to two ECSE classes (8:30–11:00 AM and 12:00–2:30 PM)
• Partner with families, therapists, and school staff to create a supportive learning environment
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Track student progress and document outcomes
• Work full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch)
