Quality Manager

The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback. Looking for a Quality Manager who has led a team, has experience with PPAP and related QPAP tools. Responsibilities Develop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standard Ideal candidate will have been a part of or created ISO 9001 programs Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of finding Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluation Role is onsite 5 days per week Oversee the NCR process and ensure timely resolution Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Science field 5+ years' relevant work experience Experience with APQP and/or Pepap Highly organized with excellent attention to det ISO 9001 or equivalent experience (required) 5+ years of Quality Manufacturing experience (required) Position is based in Thomasville and must be able to relocate #J-18808-Ljbffr Xylem
