Job Description
The Keyholder plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of the store by handling opening and closing duties, overseeing cash management, and ensuring excellent customer service. This leadership position supports staff supervision, inventory control, and security procedures to maintain a safe and productive retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the store according to established procedures
- Manage cash handling and ensure accuracy in transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
- Supervise and support store staff during shifts
- Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment
- Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard assets
- Support sales efforts to meet store goals
- Lead shifts and ensure operational standards are met
- Address and resolve operational or customer-related problems
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service
