SHEET METAL TECHNICIAN (STARLINK)
The Starlink Development team is responsible for the fabrication and assembly of new product development, production tooling, and automation equipment for the rapidly growing Starlink factory. Technicians work closely with the engineering team to support high-impact projects to grow the Starlink Production line, from development to a high-volume production system.RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate and maintain equipment such as laser cutters, press brakes, and water jets Find novel ways to produce complex sheet metal assemblies, occasionally without design definition Read basic blueprints to ensure parts are made to engineering specifications to meet customer needs Providing customers with clean, deburred and complete partsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalency certificate 2+ years of professional experience running a waterjet and/or a laser cutterPREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
