Facilities Manager

One of Louisiana and Texas’ leading law firms is seeking a Facilities Manager to join their Baton Rouge headquarters. The firm provides legal solutions to Fortune 500 companies, national businesses, and local clients, and would be a great place to grow your career! Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day building operations, including maintenance, repairs, and vendor coordination across all offices Serve as liaison with building management for security, parking, and access Oversee conference centers, including room setup, catering, A/V systems, and vendor support Coordinate construction, renovation, and office relocation projects, ensuring alignment with budgets and timelines Review contracts and manage vendor relationships Supervise facilities support personnel and assist in department budgeting Support trial teams with logistics, office equipment, trial supplies, and remote location coordination Experience & Education 5+ years of experience in facilities, operations, project management, or construction within a professional services environment Knowledge of lease agreements, vendor management, and facility operations Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new platforms quickly Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Law Practice and Facilities Services Baton Rouge, LA $90,000.00–$120,000ГА #J-18808-Ljbffr Saltu Staffing
