(USA) Area Manager Asset Protection - All DC/FC Location: Lebanon, TN Responsibilities Data and Digital Literacy Possesses knowledge of data collection modes, techniques, and tools. Articulates the levers that influence data. Ensures data quality and organizes information for analysis. Develops and implements technology changes across multiple processes within the assigned area of work. Environmental Protection Possesses knowledge of environmental policies and applicable federal, state, and local laws. Operates tools for evaluating air, water, and waste pollution. Supports regulatory visits and prepares audit reports for management review. Participates in evaluating pollution control and management at the facility. Assists in integrating environmental considerations into process design. Interprets compliance status reports and relevant risk‑management practices. Assists in developing company policies, practices, and procedures related to environmental risks. Implements environmental policies and practices to ensure compliance with legislation. Operational Excellence Explains the operational functions and key roles within the assigned department. Clarifies the role of each department and its relevance to the enterprise strategy. Describes the interdependence of support and line operating functions. Identifies primary operational functions of the organization. Locates and reads Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and One Best Way (OBW) information. Lists common tasks performed by operations functions and subfunctions. Partnership Collaboration Owns the delivery of project activities assigned by others. Supports process updates and changes. Solves simple business issues. Demonstrates functional knowledge of the business unit and supporting organization. Employee Health and Safety Participates in OSHA and other regulatory inspections. Participates in internal safety or health inspections. Assures first‑aid equipment and supplies are operational and stocked. Maintains health and safety records according to OSHA guidelines. Monitors facilities for safety hazards. Uses quality evaluation tools (e.g., walkthroughs, inspections). Applies continuous improvement processes and evaluates impacts on quality. Participates in root‑cause identification processes for accidents. Reports safety violations and accidents. Implements audit requirements and creates action plans for findings. Validates claim records and works with workers’ compensation case managers. Asset Protection Security Uses tools for theft prevention. Investigates security breaches, thefts, and vandalism. Reports findings to facility management. Assists in implementing access control procedures. Supports installation of emergency and surveillance services such as fire alarms, refrigeration alarms, metal detectors, and CCTV. Maintains loss‑prevention records and generates shrinkage reports. Supports development and use of practices to reduce loss and shrinkage. EHS Training Delivery Supports instructors or facilitators in training programs. Manages systematic approaches to solicit feedback from training participants. Utilizes the organization’s training lifecycles and methodologies. Explains relevant processes and procedures to contractors. Risk Management Produces and interprets risk assessment and management reports. Identifies technology, security, or financial risks relevant to the unit. Documents key steps of the unit’s risk management process. Implements or manages risk management for the assigned area. Evaluates employee risk awareness and provides training. Conducts risk assessments and analyzes data for continuous improvement. Process Improvement Defines critical workflows for executing key processes. Identifies process problems that limit performance. Focuses on significant problems to maximize efficiency gains. Surfaces systemic problems for organizational improvement. Implements methods for improving and establishing process controls. Coaches team members to develop process‑improvement skills. Leads incident investigations and root‑cause analysis. Provides countermeasure solutions. Influential Communication Organizes thoughts and communicates credibly and concisely within the scope of work. presents to and influences team members and business partners. Utilizes data for structured recommendations. Provides constructive feedback and process improvement ideas. Transportation Operations Ensures completion of documents required by transportation regulations. Uses electronic tools to evaluate losses and control plans. Monitors and evaluates performance metrics (e.g., OIR, DOT recordable collisions). Coordinates job‑related activities with stakeholders to meet business goals. Provides supervision, training, and recognition to associates. Ensures compliance with company policies and values. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety Management, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Chemical/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, or related field. OR 2 years’ experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety within Supply Chain, Retail, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field. 2 years’ experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies (e.g., TPM, WCM, Lean Six Sigma) within Supply Chain or manufacturing environments. Associates required to complete all job‑required trainings and assessments. Preferred Qualifications One or more degree certifications (Associate Safety Professional, Loss Prevention Certification, Certified Security Professional). 2 or more years of investigative or asset protection experience in retail or warehouse settings. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Primary Location Lebanon, TN 37090‑1409, United States of America

SALARY

Annual salary range: $65,500.00 - $98,000.00. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses, regional pay zone, and stock options.
