Ready to level up your salon career? We're looking for a motivated, hands-on Salon Manager who thrives on ownership, accountability, and leading by example. Earn $24–$38/hr with incentives plus $10–$15/hr average in credit card tips, paid daily. Our salon team members earned $28–$40+ per hour last week. You'll lead a talented team, keep daily operations running smoothly, and continue growing through ongoing leadership development. If you're driven, confident, and ready to make a real impact in a positive, fast-paced salon, we'd love to connect.
