Responsibilities

• Plan schedule and dispatch daily pick up and delivery routes for service customers
• Assign drivers based on location timing and workload to maximize on-time performance and route efficiency
• Coordinate with service advisors and the shop to align vehicle pickups and returns with appointment times and repair completion
• Confirm pickup and delivery windows with customers by phone and text and communicate proactively on any delays
• Track driver status and vehicle location throughout the day and adjust routes in real time as needs change
• Ensure vehicle condition inspections keys and paperwork are properly documented at pickup and drop off
• Process payments and collect signatures at delivery as required
• Handle customer concerns related to pickup and delivery with integrity and poise escalating when needed
• Maintain daily logs and report on volume on-time rate and driver productivity
• Support driver onboarding and ensure drivers follow company safety and customer service standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in dispatch logistics scheduling or automotive service preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong problem solving and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using scheduling dispatch or DMS software plus Microsoft Office suite
• Working knowledge of local roads and service area geography
• Ability to work effectively with customers drivers service staff and vendors while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
