Job Title

Registered Nurse (RN) – MS/ICU/IMC

Location

Minocqua, WI

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every other weekend and every other holiday required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across MS, ICU, and IMC units with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:5–1:6 (MS), 1:4 (IMC), and 1:2 (ICU)
• Titrate drips including Heparin, Insulin, Amiodarone, Cardizem, PCA Fentanyl, Propofol, and Norepinephrine
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythm strips and communicate findings to providers as needed; telemetry remotely monitored by tele techs
• Care for a diverse patient population including cardiac, pulmonary, neurological, GI, GU, orthopedic, sepsis, and stable pediatric cases
• Operate and manage respiratory equipment including CPAP, BiPAP, Vapotherm, Servo U, and Hamilton ventilators in collaboration with 24/7 RT support
• Float as needed to ED, Urgent Care, and PACU inhouse, as well as interfacility locations

Required Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in good standing
• Current ACLS certification required
• Current BLS certification required
• Current PALS certification required
• Prior ICU experience required
• Ability to read and interpret cardiac rhythm strips independently

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ICU experience combined with pediatric nursing experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with GE ApexPro CH telemetry monitoring systems
• Experience with titratable drip management in a critical care setting
