Administration Office Assistant August 28 - September 7, 2026 Duties Serve as the first point of contact by answering incoming phone calls and assisting walk-in traffic. Assist with the processing of temporary employee paperwork. Diagnose issues that temporary staff may encounter when filing out the new hire paperwork. Multitask while filing, copying, emailing, data entry, and badge printing. Assist with special mailings and processing incoming mail. Assist with Hiring Fair.
