Hearthside Dentistry — Thornton, CO

$27-$30 per hour Full-Time | 5 Days/Week | No Weekends

Hearthside Dentistry is a private, owner-led dental practice in Thornton focused on quality care, patient comfort, modern technology, and creating a great experience for both patients and our team.

We are looking for a strong Treatment Coordinator who is confident, organized, proactive, and enjoys helping patients understand their care. This role is a great fit for someone who is a go-getter, takes ownership of their position, and enjoys being part of a growing practice.

As our Treatment Coordinator, you will help patients feel welcomed, educated, and confident moving forward with treatment. You will work closely with the doctor and team to support new patients, present treatment, discuss financial options, schedule care, and follow up on unscheduled treatment.

We also have Osseo, our Chief Comfort Officer, who helps make the office feel more relaxed and welcoming. Because Osseo is part of our practice, the right person should be comfortable around dogs and enjoy having a dog in the office.

As a Treatment Coordinator, You’ll Help With

• Welcoming patients and creating a great first impression

• Reviewing treatment plans in a clear and supportive way

• Discussing insurance, financing, and payment options

• Scheduling treatment and helping patients move forward with care

• Following up with unscheduled treatment

• Supporting strong communication between the doctor, team, and patients

• Helping keep the schedule productive and organized

• Tracking follow-ups, opportunities, and treatment acceptance
