• 7 on 7 off block schedule from 7am to 7pm. Round and go usually till 3-4pm then on call
• APP assists hospitalist during the shift
• No nights as they are covered by APP team
• Interdisciplinary team environment focused on post-acute rehabilitation and value-based care
