Title: Commercial Cleaner / Grounds Maintenance

Pay: $15.85 per hour

Schedule: Part-Time | Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (8 hours/day)

Location: Albemarle, NC 28001

Requirements: 1 year of cleaning experience; ability to lift 35 lbs. repetitively

What You'll Do As a Janitorial General Cleaner, you will take pride in keeping our client facility and surrounding grounds spotless, safe, and welcoming. Your daily routine as a Cleaner and Custodian will include:

• General cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and pulling trash throughout the property.
• Maintaining outdoor areas, including cleaning parking lots and parking decks using equipment like pressure washers and leaf blowers.
• Thoroughly cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking restrooms.
• Completing other essential cleaning duties as assigned by your supervisor.

What You Bring To The Team

• 1 year of professional janitorial or commercial cleaning experience.
• Ability to operate pressure washers and leaf blowers (or willingness to learn).
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. repetitively.
• Strong work ethic, outdoor durability, and reliable weekday attendance.
