UX/UI Designer

Remote Recruitment is hiring a UX/UI Designer for our UK-based clients. This is a fully remote position offering South African professionals an excellent opportunity to work with leading UK employers from home. You will work UK business hours and join a supportive, fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Design intuitive user interfaces and engaging digital experiences for web and mobile applications
Conduct user research, create personas, and translate findings into wireframes and prototypes
Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately
Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries
Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing

Requirements

3+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio
Proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD for wireframing and prototyping
Understanding of user-centred design principles and accessibility standards
Experience working in agile product teams alongside developers
Strong communication skills to present and defend design decisions
