LVN / LPN - LTC
Tryfacta is seeking a LVN / LPN - LTC for our client in Vestal, NY 13850. This is a 16-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please apply now!
Location: Vestal, NY 13850
Duration: 16 weeks
Work Schedule: Day 3x12-Hour (06:45 - 19:15)
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Monitor patients throughout their treatment.
- Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs.
- Ensure that patients take their medication.
- Assist doctors and registered nurses.
- Liaise with patients' families.
To be considered for this position, you should have:
- Active New York Licensed Practical Nurse License.
- Minimum 1–2 years of recent LTC experience (travel experience preferred).
- Current BLS Certification (required).
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
- Excellent teamwork, time management, and patient care skills.
