Crushing Assembler

Superior Industries is seeking an Assembler to join our Crushing Team. If you’re motivated, detail-oriented, and enjoy hands‑on work, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, dimension styles, and shop documentation to ensure accurate equipment assembly, updating paperwork to reflect any changes during the process. Install purchased parts, sub‑assemblies, drive systems, and pulleys before and after the painting process. Safely operate shop equipment including ironworkers, band saws, drill presses, Jancy drills, and cutting torches, following all safety procedures. Operate forklifts and overhead cranes in compliance with safety standards, maintaining required certifications. Perform test runs on completed equipment to verify functionality and quality prior to shipment, and complete additional duties as assigned to support production and assembly operations. Compensation The starting pay range for this position is $20-24 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including skills, experience, and location.
