What you can expect from this role:

• Join the busiest ED in the state of Idaho
• Level 3 Trauma/Stroke; Level 1 STEMI
• Team-based nursing model (1:4 and 1:5 ratio)
• Self-scheduling unit in 6 week blocks
• Dedicated ED pharmacist and 24-hour social worker
• Continuing education scholarships - including conferences, certification, licensure
• Safe working environment reinforced by all team members
• Certification pay available
• Additional PTO for night shift offered

Schedule:

• Full-time (0.9 FTE), Night shift opening- 3 x 12 hour shifts -rotating weekends and holidays

Qualifications:

• Education: Associate degree required, Bachelor of Nursing Degree preferred
• Experience: 1+ year RN Experience; Emergency Nursing preferred
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
