Located just one hour north of West Palm Beach, this Level II Trauma Center serves Indian River, Martin, Okeechobee, and St. Lucie counties and offers a clinically advanced environment supported by cutting-edge technology and a strong, collaborative anesthesia care team. This is an exciting time to join us as we introduce Anesthesia Assistants into our practice model for the first time, enhancing team structure and elevating the patient care experience. Opportunity Highlights
- Anesthesia Care Team Model: 9 physicians and 27 APPs
- Brand-new integration of Anesthesia Assistants into the care team
- Diverse case mix: General, Ortho, OB/GYN, Trauma, Thoracic, Vascular/Endovascular, Neuro, ENT, Urology, Peds
- High-volume practice: 11,500+ annual surgical cases
- State-of-the-art facility:
- 13 ORs + 15 SOS
- 2 dedicated open-heart ORs
- 2 OB ORs (Level III NICU)
- Level II Trauma Center
- Flexible scheduling: 8-, 10-, 12-, 14-, and 24-hour shifts
- Call: Backup weekend beeper call from home (Fri 7p–7a; Sat/Sun/Holidays 7a–7a)
- Always staffed: 1 physician + 1 APP in-house
- Top-of-license practice with opportunities to demonstrate and expand clinical proficiency
