Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active licensure as an SLP in Georgia (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, though Clinical Fellows (CFY) are also welcome
• Previous experience in a school environment strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• A compassionate, student-centered approach to therapy and collaboration

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and screenings to identify students who would benefit from speech and language services
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting communication goals
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions both one-on-one and in small groups
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student success
• Contribute to IEP meetings and document progress in accordance with district requirements
• Offer guidance, strategies, and support for classroom integration
