About the Role:

Warehouse Associate

We are seeking an experienced, well-rounded Warehouse Associate who is comfortable working in multiple areas of a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with shipping, receiving, inventory, picking, and order fulfillment and can transition between departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and receiving duties, including verifying incoming and outgoing products
• Pick and prepare orders accurately and efficiently
• Perform inventory control, cycle counts, and product location verification
• Use RFID/RF scanners to scan, track, locate, and process inventory
• Pack, label, stage, and prepare products for shipment
• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and quality standards
• Assist in different warehouse departments based on daily operational needs
• Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment

Ideal Candidate

• Previous warehouse experience required
• Well-rounded background in shipping, receiving, picking, and inventory
• Comfortable and experienced using RFID/RF scanners
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to meet the physical requirements of a traditional warehouse position, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

We're looking for someone who has been around a warehouse, understands how warehouse operations flow, and can confidently step into multiple areas rather than specializing in only one function.
