This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care and support in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and assess patient conditions and provide updates to the healthcare team. Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and their families about health management and post-discharge care. Assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients and staff. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Med/Surg setting. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Work Schedule This position is a full-time commitment, requiring availability for day shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM. Location The position is located in a facility in Colorado.
