Cath Lab Tech - Travel Job

Earn full time pay and benefits while you assist physicians and other Cath lab personnel in conducting vital diagnostic tests and procedures; and operate advanced medical equipment to capture crucial images and data of the heart and blood vessels.

What You'll Need:

• ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist
• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) preferred.
• Must have 2 years' experience in a Cath Lab hospital setting
• BLS & ACLS Certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• State specific licensing when required
• Minimum 3 years experience in Cath lab.
• Ability to scrub, monitor, and drive the x-ray.
• Ability to manage external equipment including Medrad, defibrillator, temporary pacer, IVUS, Rotablator/CSI/Laser, and Angiojet.

Assignment Details

• 13-week assignment.
• Shift schedule: Sun-Tues, 12-hour shifts.
• Call requirement: on average 1-2 nights per week and 1 weekend a month between full call and short call (1700-2000 M-F).
• No floating.

Location Highlights

Medford offers access to Rogue River recreation and Crater Lake National Park, which is about 90 miles northeast of the city. Downtown Medford sits along Interstate 5 in southern Oregon and is about 30 minutes from Ashland, known for the Oregon Shakespeare Festival and Lithia Park. The Rogue Valley features hiking, rafting, and winery visits, with Prescott Park providing local trails and views above the city. Rogue Valley International-Medford Airport is located in town, and the Oregon coast can be reached in about 2.5 to 3 hours by car.
