Our organization is in search of a Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Spine Surgeon (MD/DO) to become part of our expanding orthopedic and spine program located on the picturesque Space Coast of Florida. This is a remarkable chance for both seasoned surgeons and recent fellows to establish a flourishing spine practice, backed by cutting-edge surgical technology, a robust referral network, and a rapidly increasing patient base.

Opportunity Highlights

• A dedicated Orthopedic Spine practice with established referral channels.

• A newly constructed Medical Office Building equipped with state-of-the-art facilities.

• In-office X-ray capabilities for enhanced patient care.

• Strong support from Advanced Practice Providers (APP).

• Average daily clinic volume of around 18 patients.

• Surgical caseload ranging from 2 to 6 procedures daily, depending on complexity.

• Work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

• An opportunity to develop and influence your practice within a growing service line.

Practice Structure

Your initial focus will be on clinic development and expanding your patient panel, transitioning to:

• 3 days dedicated to the operating room.

• 2 days spent in the clinic.

Advanced Surgical Technology

Engage in complex spine surgeries utilizing the Globus ExcelsiusGPS® Navigation System , which enhances precision, navigation, and efficiency during procedures.

Common Procedures

• Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion (ACDF).

• Cervical Disc Replacement.

• Lumbar Posterior Fusion.

• Sacroiliac (SI) Joint Procedures.

• SI Joint Fusion.

• Kyphoplasty.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.

• Fellowship training in Spine Surgery is preferred.

• Experienced spine surgeons are encouraged to apply.

• New graduates and fellows are welcome to apply.
