As an Assistant Branch Manager, you’ll partner with the Branch Manager to drive branch success, coach a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional member experiences. You’ll play a key role in operational oversight, sales strategy, and community engagement—while stepping in as acting Branch Manager when needed. Coach and motivate team members to achieve sales and service goals. Assist with member transactions, new accounts, and lending—including real estate loans (with MLO status). Help create a welcoming environment that promotes Mission Fed’s products and services. Participate in recruiting, training, and performance development for branch staff. Here is what we are looking for: Education : Associate’s degree or equivalent experience. Experience : 3+ years in financial services, including sales, lending, and operations. Supervisory experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain confidentiality. Familiarity with Microsoft Office; Symitar experience is a plus. Willingness to obtain Notary and Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) credentials. What we offer: 18 days of PTO in your first year plus 12 holidays a year. 6% 401(k) match. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
