Cedar Creek Hospital invests in our patients by offering an integrated medicine approach that provides the latest therapies including yoga, mindfulness, aromatherapy, music therapy and nutrition. Responsibilities We are seeking qualified applicants for a Full Time Social Worker position. The Clinical Social Worker serves as a critical member of our treatment team. They provide a thorough psychosocial assessment, group therapeutic services and education, treatment planning, and coordination of care.
