Your Role:

• Conduct patient evaluations and create tailored therapy plans

• Promote patient safety and independence through customized interventions

• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, PTs, caregivers, and family members

• Supervise and guide COTAs and support staff to deliver high-quality care

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in EMR systems

What You Bring:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (Nevada)

• Degree from an accredited OT program

• Current CPR certification

• At least 1 year of Home Health experience (preferred)

• Excellent communication, time management, and clinical skills

• Compassionate, patient-centered mindset
