Restaurant General Manager / Restaurant Manager – Rochester, MN Area (High Volume Casual Dining) We're seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager or Restaurant Manager for a high volume, full-service casual dining restaurant and bar in the Rochester, MN area. This is a polished, guest-focused environment with a strong local reputation and significant volume. What you'll do: Lead front-of-house operations, driving guest experience, team culture, and daily execution Own P&L performance, labor management, and cost controls Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing management and service team Partner closely with a strong back-of-house culinary team already in place Uphold brand standards across service, hospitality, and guest satisfaction What we're looking for: 3+ years of experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant with a bar program; GM-level candidates should have 5+ years including P&L ownership Experience with Restaurant 365 (R365) Back Office and Toast POS strongly preferred A true hospitality mindset, guest experience forward, always Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing talent Must pass criminal background check What's offered: Competitive salary: up to $110,000 plus an amazing incentive program, based on experience level and scope of role Full benefits package, PTO A company culture that genuinely invests in growth, promotion from within is common Job security within an established, stable organization with an amazing culture! #J-18808-Ljbffr Confidential Jobs
