Collections Analyst

To support a fast-paced finance team, the full-time remote Collections Analyst will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, drive timely collections of outstanding receivables, and resolve payment issues while maintaining accurate collection records. Key responsibilities Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts and actively drive the collection of outstanding accounts receivable Conduct consistent follow-up with customers regarding outstanding and past-due invoices Proactively identify payment delays, disputes, and high-risk accounts, escalating significant concerns as necessary Required qualifications Previous experience in collections, accounts receivable, credit, or a related finance function preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to research account discrepancies Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
