Thistle Veterinary Clinic – Opening summer 2026 in Seattle, WA (Near Seattle Center) Full Time | Monday–Thursday Thistle Veterinary Clinic is a brand new, privately owned small animal general practice clinic focused on building long-term relationships and providing thoughtful, individualized care to every pet and family we serve. We are looking for a Client Service Representative (CSR) who is warm, organized, and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner Schedule appointments while optimizing workflow Monitor and respond to voicemails and emails; triage and route appropriately Greet clients and patients; manage check-in and check-out process Process payments and maintain accurate records Request, send, and attach medical records Maintain accurate client and patient information in ezyVet Communicate effectively with the medical team to keep the day running smoothly Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and organized Comfortable with computers and learning new systems Veterinary or medical front desk experience preferred, but not required Compensation & Benefits $22–$28/hour, depending on experience Health insurance Paid time off + WA sick leave Employee pet care discount CE allowance and uniform stipend Consistent 4-day work week About Us At Thistle Veterinary Clinic, we believe great medicine starts with strong relationships—with our clients, our patients, and each other.
