Multilingual Voice AI Chatbot Engineer

️ Develop conversational chatbots using ChatGPT and other generative AI models.
️ Build persona-driven conversational flows that fit brand tone and business needs.
️ Implement knowledge-base integration using RAG to provide factual answers.
️ Develop automation for customer support, ticket creation, onboarding, and FAQs.
️ Design custom ChatGPT plug-ins and extensions for specific workflows.
️ Create voice-enabled experiences using LLM + speech-to-text + text-to-speech APIs.
️ Integrate chatbots with WhatsApp, SMS, Slack, Teams, and company websites.
️ Optimize conversation routing and escalation to human agents when needed.
️ Build multilingual chat solutions using LLM-driven translation features.
️ Implement safety layers to handle harmful queries and prohibited intentions.
️ Measure chatbot performance through accuracy, CSAT, and resolution rates.
️ Analyze chat transcripts to continually refine LLM behavior.
️ Ensure chatbot responses adhere to company legal and compliance standards.
️ Maintain logs, training datasets, and prompt libraries.
️ Debug issues related to model confusion, off-topic replies, or hallucinations.
️ Build custom tools to automate content generation, forms, and structured outputs.
️ Conduct A/B testing on prompts, model choices, and personality styles.
️ Collaborate with designers to refine UI/UX of chat interfaces.
️ Deploy chatbots on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or Render.
️ Continuously upgrade chatbot features as new AI capabilities emerge.
