Network Administrator, 3rd Shift

Tetrad Digital Integrity (TDI) is a leading-edge cybersecurity firm with a mission to safeguard and protect our customersfrom increasing threats and vulnerabilities in this digital age. TDI is currently seeking a Network Administrator, 3rd shift (10PM to 6AM) to join the Compartmented Enterprise Services Office (CESO) effort. This program is establishing a modern secure web service (SWS) operation as part of a state-of-the-art, highly automated platform capable of supporting a rapidly expanding customer population. This position is onsite 5 days/week in Arlington, VA and requires an active TS/SCI clearance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Network monitoring of connections and performance to ensure network availability for user access and services. Proactively identify risks and issues in the network and complete actions to mitigate them. Able to plan, coordinate and implement network maintenance, installation, and security to protect and improve network infrastructure. Receive and review user requests to establish or resolve issues with user access to services. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues and elevate complex problems to senior engineers or vendors. Configure, install, and maintain network devices and software.

QUALIFICATIONS:

An active TS/SCI security clearance is required for this position. Currently possess DoD 8750 certification at least IAT level II, e.g Security+ce. Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of overall related experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Hands-on knowledge of configuring and managing network infrastructure, including switches, routers, VLANs, and 802.1X network access controls. Proficiency with dynamic routing protocols, including BGP and OSPF, as well as troubleshooting Site-to-Site (S2S) IPsec VPN tunnels. Ability to monitor and troubleshoot network performance, security, availability, and connectivity. Comfortable working 24×7 shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

PREFERREDQUALIFICATIONS:

Prior experience with DISA and DISA’s support to mission partners. AWS Cloud service experience. Experience with Palo Alto devices.
