Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical assessments and therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to meet individual client needs.

• Actively participate as a key member of a multidisciplinary team to develop holistic care plans that align with team objectives and professional standards.

• Collaborate with clients and their families, integrating input from various stakeholders to ensure continuity of care and seamless communication among providers.

• Utilize screening tools to conduct brief, developmentally appropriate assessments, and coordinate more comprehensive evaluations when necessary.

• Deliver prevention, treatment, and recovery services encompassing individual, group, and family therapy, directly addressing both immediate issues and ongoing support.

• Manage a caseload effectively, monitoring client progress, compliance with treatment plans, and appropriateness of services in alignment with patient goals and requests.
\n
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and utilization reviews to enhance the effectiveness of service delivery and ensure client safety.

• Respond to crisis situations, providing timely interventions and assessing risks to ensure client wellbeing.
\n
• Complete necessary documentation and reporting promptly, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and facilitating continuity of care across systems.

• Engage in professional development opportunities, including participation in committees aimed at improving agency services and enhancing care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients coping with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, including anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma-related conditions. Our clientele often comes from varied cultural backgrounds and may experience barriers to accessing traditional services. Your ability to connect with individuals from diverse traditions, beliefs, and interpersonal styles is essential in promoting trust and effective communication.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field is required.
\n
• Current licensure as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.
\n
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience providing mental health services is preferred.
\n
• Strong knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and crisis management techniques applicable to the populations served.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on empathy and active listening.
\n
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills to handle multiple caseloads and shifting priorities.

Preferred Experience\n

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly advantageous and preferred.

• Experience working in community health settings or with underserved populations.

• Familiarity with integrated care planning and collaborative care models.

• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation requirements in a telehealth setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
