Description: This position is in a community hospital and regional referral center. The facility is accredited by the Joint Commission. It has 171 beds and is certified as a Chest Pain Center. The hospital provides Level 3 trauma care. Candidates will enjoy outdoor recreation, including local fishing, golfing, swimming, and hiking. There are local restaurants, breweries, and distilleries to explore. The area is surrounded by beautiful mountain ranges and serene lake scenery. Major cities are within a reasonable driving distance, including Las Vegas, Phoenix, Grand Canyon National Park, Los Angeles, and San Diego. Weekend call requirements include being on call one to two times a month. Candidates may be required to float within a 25-mile radius of the facility. The patient population primarily includes adults.
