Responsibilities:
- Lead shifts by overseeing restaurant operations, including food prep, service, and cleanliness.
- Support and motivate team members to ensure efficiency and great customer service.
- Handle customer interactions, including resolving concerns to maintain satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train new employees and reinforce Pizza Hut's service and quality standards.
- Assist with inventory management and ensure food and supplies are stocked.
- Handle cash, make deposits, and ensure accurate financial transactions.
- Work alongside team members in various roles as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for potential bank deposits or shift coverage).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and coach team members effectively.
- Commitment to excellent customer service.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous restaurant or leadership experience is a plus but not required.
