Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as appropriate
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- Maintain valid state licensure and required credentialing throughout the duration of the contract
- Adhere to facility policies, including wearing a photo badge and presenting valid state or federal issued identification upon entry
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Washington
- NBCOT certification required
- Minimum 35-hour weekly availability, Monday through Friday
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required at time of assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing capacity
- Strong documentation and electronic health record skills
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary care team
