Job Summary As a member of the Sales Management team for North America, the Intermediate Rep Manager is responsible for coaching and developing sales representatives with 9-36 months of tenure. This role focuses on helping representatives build a sustainable and profitable account base while deepening their expertise in our products, programs, and value‑added services. Through hands‑on support, training, and performance tracking, the manager ensures representatives continue progressing toward full productivity and long‑term success in the field. How You’ll Succeed Excellence as an Intermediate Rep Manager is defined by the ability to develop 10 Inner Circle‑achieving reps while producing weekly average training trips of $12,500 and maintaining a personal book of business valuing at $100K. What You’ll Do Coach and mentor 10-12 sales representatives with 9-36 months of tenure Drive representative development in core selling skills, product knowledge, and service capabilities Conduct regular field training trips producing an average of $12,500 Support reps in building profitable and sustainable account bases Ensure reps maintain healthy sales pipelines aligned with growth targets Conduct quarterly reviews to track rep progress and set development goals Implement coaching plans to address performance gaps Maintain a personal book of business valued at $100K Who We’re Looking For A strong coach and mentor who develops early‑career reps into high performers A results‑oriented leader focused on achieving team sales targets and Inner Circle goals Skill in field execution with a hands‑on approach to training and customer engagement An expert in sales process and pipeline management to drive sustainable account growth A clear and consistent communicator who provides actionable feedback and direction Deep product and program knowledge with the ability to transfer that knowledge effectively An accountable and disciplined individual who manages performance, planning, and follow‑through A motivator and culture builder who fosters a high‑performance, growth‑focused environment What You’ll Bring A proven record of achievements in Sales and Sales Management 5+ years of demonstrably successful Business Development and Sales experience A history of leading and developing talent Bachelor’s degree or higher in an applicable field is preferred At Solenis, we understand that our greatest asset is our people.
