Clinical Quality & Performance Improvement Specialist

Syracuse Community Health

Syracuse Community Health is seeking a Clinical Quality Improvement Specialist to support quality improvement, population health, and value-based care initiatives by integrating clinical expertise with performance data. You will analyze clinical and operational performance, conduct chart reviews, validate quality measure performance, and collaborate with providers and staff to implement sustainable improvements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
