Mergers and Acquisitions Team Member

Candidate will be involved with the Mergers and Acquisitions team, traveling to new sites, cataloging equipment needed to convert office to HUB standards, work with B2B vendors to obtain local technicians to assist in the installation of hardware and organize bridges to offer immediate troubleshooting support for the newly transitioned office.

Min 5 years of exp in Windows desktop support hardware setup

Contract to hire: Conversion; 55k a year

Facilitate all necessary tasks (onsite and remote) for a successful technology integration into the HUB environment. Coordinate specific project items and all operations related to hardware and software support, hardware deployment, testing, scheduling... Function as liaison between the client and 3PT vendors. Manage and delegate tasks to 3PT vendors and technicians. Some key traits needed Inventory management Organization and time management Troubleshooting Demonstrates leadership and management experience Strong Interpersonal skills considered an asset, the position can be pretty public and high visibility. Any experience leading refresh operations or being involved with refresh projects considered an asset.
