Long-Term Care Regional Sales Manager, Mid West

Requirements: Bachelor's in Business or Life Sciences; 5+ years in pharmaceutical or medical sales with at least 2 years in sales management for LTC or neuroscience products; strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills; ability to travel up to 80%, including overnight stays; valid driver's license and regional residency near major airports. Preferred: experience in neuroscience, LTC, or related therapeutic areas. Scope: oversee regional sales efforts, address moderate complexity in decision-making, and influence short-term business outcomes.
