Responsibilities Provides skilled Physical Therapy services on an intermittent basis to clients in their homes, primarily within an ALF/ILF, under the direction from the Registered Physical Therapist. Requirements Must be a graduate of an approved school giving a course of not less than two years for Physical Therapy Assistants. Must be licensed by the State as a Physical Therapy Assistant. Must have a criminal background check. Must have current CPR certification. Geriatric Rehab Experience required.
