Assurance Manager Location: Cedar Rapids, IA Employment Type: Full-Time We are partnered with a Top 10 Midwest CPA and business advisory firm experiencing steady growth and seeking an Assurance Manager to join their Cedar Rapids team. What You'll Do Lead audit, review, and compilation engagements for multiple clients Plan engagements, including staffing, timelines, and risk assessment Review workpapers and deliverables to ensure compliance with professional standards Oversee engagement workflow, budgets, and deadlines Serve as a primary client contact and build strong relationships Mentor and develop staff while leading engagement teams Identify opportunities for additional services and support business development What We\'re Looking For Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or related field CPA required 6–8+ years of public accounting assurance experience Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and auditing standards Experience managing multiple engagements and leading teams Excellent communication and client-facing skills Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft 365, Engagement/PFX, Suralink, or similar Why This Opportunity Competitive compensation Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Generous PTO + paid holidays Flexible work environment + summer Fridays Clear path to Senior Manager and Partner #J-18808-Ljbffr
