Kelly, in partnership with a brand-new manufacturing company, is looking for an Electrical Maintenance Mechanic in Halls, TN!

- Pay: $30 - $42 per hour (depending on experience)
This role will be responsible for ensuring the safe, stable and efficient operation of aluminum extrusion presses, anodizing surface-treatment equipment, CNC machining centers, and automated production lines. AMA is positioned as a stable mid-sized industrial operation with long-term growth plans in the North American market and is building a skilled and safety-focused workforce. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive, routine and corrective electrical maintenance
- Troubleshoot and service PLCs, HMIs, drives, motors, sensors, and automation control systems
- Maintain electrical systems on extrusion lines, robots, conveyors and power distribution
- Support PLC/HMI program updates and integration with MES/SCADA
- Maintain documentation — electrical drawings, wiring diagrams and panel records
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and lockout/tagout compliance
- Monitor electrical load and energy efficiency improvement initiatives
- Participate in new machine installation, commissioning, and testing
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year of industrial electrical maintenance experience within manufacturing or automated production environments
- Basic troubleshooting experience with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs/drives, motors, sensors, relays, and automated control systems
- Experience supporting extrusion presses, CNC machining centers, anodizing systems, conveyors, robotics, or automated production equipment preferred
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Familiarity with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, or other PLC platforms preferred
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and lockout/tagout procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
