What You'll Do:

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting, demonstrating expertise in critical care nursing
• Assess patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans
• Use the Nursing Process to evaluate and improve patient outcomes
• Communicate effectively with healthcare teams, patients, and families
• Delegate and supervise nursing team members appropriately
• Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC or other electronic health records
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols, including exposure to blood and bodily fluids

What You Need:

Required:

• Valid RN license in Louisiana
• At least 2 years of ICU nursing experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or higher
• Clinical specialty certifications in critical care
