Growing practice and we need help ASAP!

We are trying to do dentistry differently here. Dr. Reddy has invested a significant amount into doing implant therapy, airway dentistry (saves patients lives), TMD work (TENS, aqualizer) and more. He wants to continue providing state of the art services to his patients but would like an assistant who has a growth mindset to join him.
These new modalities are leading to better outcomes for patients and is exciting for the office =). Joining now will help you reap the benefits early on. Each year the office has double its output in productions and collections but we need help to continue taking care of our patients!

Pay

$17~$25 per hour

Are you tired of the corporate grind? Are you getting bored with basic dentistry? We do everything from laser dentistry, TMD, implants, orthodontics and of course general dentistry. Dr. Reddy loves to train the right candidate and is proud to say that patients are leaving happy!

My dream scenario is having two assistants who want to learn about the wonderful things dentistry has to offer and grow with me to not only provide excellent dentistry but help save lives (we do airway dentistry here too =) )
Experience is preferred but not required. Personality is more important than experience! For those with no experience, after hours training hours will be provided to get you up to speed.
We use ai note taking, cassettes, and other systems to help you in your job to make sure that things are running as smoothly as possible.
We use open dental, dental intel (transitioning now) and mango for patient communication.

M 9-4
T 9-4
W 8-4:30
Th 8-2 (Expect to stay til 3:30 or 4 in order to prepare for the next week)
F --> Reserved for sedation and large cases like all-on-x
Sa --> Reserved for sedation and large cases like all-on-x
30 minutes before day starts is morning meeting time
30 minutes after day starts is time for clean up
