Sales Associate

Job Summary

This role is responsible for managing and growing an existing customer account portfolio while actively pursuing new business opportunities within the Fiesta Toy Division of Strategic Retail Partners. The position involves maintaining regular client contact, upselling to existing customers, and converting cold and warm leads into lasting business relationships. The role works closely with outside rep groups to process and follow up on orders while monitoring account growth and profitability. Success in this position requires strong product knowledge to effectively demonstrate offerings to customers, along with the ability to close sales with qualified leads. This person will support broader sales team goals and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and design teams to drive business growth.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow customer account list year over year by upselling and staying in regular contact with clients
• Work with outside rep groups to enter and follow-up on orders, monitor growth and profitability.
• Support our sales team and goals set by leadership.
• Develop meaningful relationships with customers to grow sales
• Grow current account list by follow up on cold and warm leads to secure sales and lasting business relationships
• Understand and demonstrate the products and services to customers.
• Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design team.

The gross base salary range is $70,304 plus commission and an excellent benefits package.

• Minimum of three years of experience in a B2B/Wholesale sales.
• Minimum of two years experience attending trade shows and face to face communication with customers.
• Outstanding in all Microsoft applications (Outlook, Teams, & PowerPoint).
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and organization skills.
• Ability to travel 25% to tradeshows.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and set up grids for tradeshow booths and bend, push, stoop, carry and kneel for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand on feet for a full tradeshow day, up to 12 hours
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
