Flexible Dental Hygienist Opportunity at Established Non-Corporate Practice
We are seeking a highly motivated Dental Hygienist to join our team for one day per week, with the flexibility to choose between Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. This position offers the potential to expand into more days for the right candidate. Michael A. Laun, DDS is a long-standing, non-corporate general dental office that has served the Rockwall community for over 40 years. We pride ourselves on our ethical approach to dentistry and our commitment to patient care. Unlike high-volume corporate offices, we see patients on an hourly basis to ensure they receive the attention they deserve. Our team loves our patients, and we strive to create a work environment where our staff feels valued and supported.

Requirements
Valid State of Texas Dental Hygiene License.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients.
A team-oriented attitude with a desire to contribute to a positive office culture.
Comfortable discussing treatment options with patients.
Job Description
Patient Care: Provide high-quality dental hygiene services with a focus on patient comfort and health.
Treatment Planning: confidently present and discuss treatment plans with patients in a clear and educational manner.
Scheduling: Assist patients in scheduling necessary treatment and future hygiene appointments.
Imaging: Capture high-quality digital images using Dexis sensors.
Collaboration: Work closely with the doctor and staff to maintain a smooth office flow and a positive team atmosphere.
Benefits
Jobley Bonus: $90 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley)
Shift & Schedule
Frequency: 1 day per week (with potential for growth).
Day: Flexible choice of Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
