Hospice Education & Community Outreach Liaison
ADP, Inc.
Hospice of the East Bay is seeking a Healthcare Liaison to educate physicians, hospitals, and care teams about hospice and palliative services in Alameda and Contra Costa County. This role collaborates with clinicians to promote awareness and coordinate outreach efforts. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in hospice or home care, strong presentation skills, and a valid California driver’s license.
