About the role
We're looking for a Project Manager to lead Salesforce Field Service implementations from planning through go-live. You'll manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholders across business, technical, and vendor teams.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of FSL projects, including planning, execution, and closure
- Build and maintain project plans, roadmaps, budgets, and resource forecasts
- Lead Agile or hybrid delivery, including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
- Coordinate across BAs, developers, admins, integration teams, and SI partners
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
- Run executive and stakeholder status reporting
- Oversee testing, cutover, go-live readiness, and hypercare
- Drive user adoption, training, and change management with field and dispatch teams
- Track KPIs such as first-time fix rate, scheduling efficiency, and utilization
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of IT project management experience, including [2+] years leading Salesforce projects
- Hands-on experience delivering Salesforce Field Service (FSL) implementations
- Strong understanding of Service Cloud, scheduling and optimization concepts, and mobile workforce workflows
- Proven experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Preferred qualifications
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master certification
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator or Field Service Consultant)
- Experience with ERP and asset-management integrations
- Experience in Telecom Domain
