Reservation Supervisor – Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines is hiring a Reservation Supervisor at its scenic property overlooking Torrey Pines Golf Course and the La Jolla coastline. The hotel offers 394 rooms, event space, dining options, and a culture that emphasizes career growth, travel discounts, free shift meals, and parking. Shift Pattern Open availability is required. Shift includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities Supervise the front office team and ensure smooth check‑ins, check‑outs, and guest service delivery. Lead day‑to‑day team operations: create schedules, assign tasks, conduct pre‑shift meetings, and provide training and in‑the‑moment feedback. Handle guest issue resolution: respond directly to inquiries and concerns, and support team members with complex or escalated issues. Manage lobby flow: monitor guest traffic and adjust team coverage in real time to maintain service efficiency. Qualifications At least one year of supervisory experience. At least one year of hotel front desk experience. Proficiency in On Q. Demonstrated integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and the ability to act with urgency and discipline.
