Position Overview
Our client is seeking multiple Full-Time Special Education Teachers for in-person school-based positions in Marysville, California . In this role, you will provide specialized instruction to students with diverse learning needs, develop individualized educational plans, and foster an inclusive classroom environment that supports academic, social, and emotional growth.

• Location: Marysville, CA
• Work Setting: In-Person (School-Based)
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Compensation: $57.00–$76.98 per hour (commensurate with experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: Available

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and educate students in a special education classroom setting.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Deliver instruction in accordance with established special education curriculum and best practices.
• Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and school staff.
• Monitor student progress and document grades, evaluations, and required educational records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement and success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Valid California Special Education (SPED) Teaching Credential.
• Minimum of one year of teaching experience in a school setting.
• Strong classroom management and instructional skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with students and families.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and collaboration skills.
